1. Returns

1.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

1.2. You must initiate the return process within 7 days from the date of purchase.

1.3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@gwebble.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

1.4. Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

1.5. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

2. Refunds

2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 21 business days.

3. Exchanges

3.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team.

4. Non-Returnable Items
